Hi, I’m Brittni Winslow, MS, OTR/L — pediatric occupational therapist, business owner, educator, speaker, and mom to three girls. I’m the owner of Emerge Pediatric Therapy, a multi-location pediatric practice in North Carolina, and founder of The Therapeutic Edge Collective.

I’m passionate about helping children and families thrive through engaging, play-based, evidence-based care with a strong focus on sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and neurodiversity-affirming support. As both a clinician and parent within a neurodivergent household, I deeply believe in empowering caregivers with practical tools and meaningful education that extends beyond the therapy room.

Through speaking, writing, mentoring, and community partnerships, I aim to make complex topics feel approachable while helping create more supportive environments for children, families, and professionals alike.
