When we understand the nervous system, everything changes.
Pediatric occupational therapist and private practice owner helping parents, clinicians, professionals and practice owners turn that understanding into practical support.
Hi, I’m Brittni Winslow.
As a high achieving, late diagnosed ADHD mom of 3, I understand the struggle of managing the day to day while also trying to keep myself and family regulated and on the right track. I have made it my mission to help others understand what’s underneath the behaviors we can feel defeated by, in ourselves, in the people we love, and work alongside every day.
I’m a pediatric occupational therapist with 14 years of clinical experience that is passionate about empowering others with practical tools and meaningful education that extends beyond the therapy room.
Through speaking, writing, mentoring, and community partnerships, I aim to make complex topics feel approachable and to help build more supportive environments for children, families, and professionals.
